Funny story:
On my computer at work, I have yet to figure out how to get Excel to STOP POPPING UP WITH THE DAMN CLIPBOARD EVERY TIME I COPY AND PASTE SOMETHING. I know what I just copied, ok Excel? I would like to now paste the thing that I just copied. I do not need to choose from the clipboard, I do not need to be reminded of everything I have ever copied, I do not need you to take up half my screen showing me this, I need you to GET OUT OF MY FACE I'M TRYING TO WORK.
Here at home, on my laptop, I have just spent 10 minutes trying to get Word to SHOW ME THE DAMN CLIPBOARD because I just realized that about 17 cuts ago, I cut something from my grad school essay that I kind of actually want to keep in there.
Why is one application trying to shove the clipboard down my throat, while the other application is holding the clipboard for ransom? I do not know. If I were smart enough to know the answer that question, I'd already be working for Microsoft.
